This privacy notice tells you about the information (data) Age Well Aesthetics collect from you when you register as a customer with us. In collecting this information, we are acting as a data controller and, by law, we are required to provide you with information about us, about why and how we use your data, and about the rights you have over your data.

Age Well Aesthetics provides a variety of services, products  and clinical procedures for people seeking to enhance their appearance.

What personal data do we collect?

We collect information from you such as name, preferred contact method and emergency contact details, medical consent and medical declaration. This is considered personal data, which is why we want to be explicit around how this information is used and shared.

Why do we collect this information?

We will use your information to ensure we can meet your needs and to ensure you can safely receive our products, services and clinical procedures.

What do we do with your information?

Your information is stored in a password protected database accessed only by the Director or appropriate staff. Online registration and /or paper copies of Medical Declaration including emergency contact information can be given. These is locked in a secure cabinet and is regularly reviewed and updated in line with service delivery and review of policy.

We only share personal data with third party organisations with permission from you if there was an additional specialist support referral we needed to make on your behalf. We also renew/obtain consents for promotional purposes for use in press releases and social media campaigns and / or posts as required.

How long do we keep your information for?

Any personal contact details will be stored for a period of two years since your last engagement with us (reviewed after 1 year), at which time your personal information will then be deleted from our systems. You can request to have your information and images to be deleted at any time. Upon receipt of such a request Age Well Aesthetics will delete within 14 days.

Your rights over your information

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you, and you can ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. 

You can also ask us to give you a copy of the information and to stop using your information for a period of time if you believe we are not doing so lawfully.
